White and wheat flour have the most available product for consumers after the recorded loss of the products. Barley and rye appear to have the least amount available. This doesn't necessarily mean that barley and rye lost the most during production and what not, so it is interesting because that is what most people would assume. They might just not produce as much initially. There is only limited data, which can cause some conflicts when interpreting it.
